This issue features an article on railfanning the ONR in 1980 by Bram Bailey and Jim Bobel, a look at T&NO/ONR 0-8-0 locomotives, by Rob Godby, regulars "In The News" and "Message From The Cab", 2004 Winter Convention info and Photo Calendar submission information. Instead of a Photo Section, the Canoe Car line drawings were provided as a special treat.

(The newsletter is printed on standard paper and stapled. Some effort was made to investigate the use of glossy paper, but at the current time the cost of such a publication is excessive given our financial resources.)
