The provincial government must show a business plan before it does anything with the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, says Coun. Denis
Saudino.

Addressing the planned dismantling of the Crown corporation at city councils public meeting Monday, Saudino quoted from a brochure prepared by
opponents of the devolution of ONTC. He noted a telling point is the governments proposal of this serious measure without having prepared a plan.

"We have to get after this new minister (of Northern development). Perhaps if he can explain it to us we might be more inclined to go for it or to try and
find some solutions."
